Schedule

• Group classes take place twice per week. The schedule will be agreed upon with the client before the programme begins.
• Private lessons are scheduled directly between the teacher and the individual employee(s), offering maximum flexibility around their workload.

Terms & Conditions:

• Corporate training programmes are available in Arabic, French, and English.
• Training can be delivered online or on-site, depending on your company’s needs.
• Programmes are customised according to your objectives, industry, and employee levels.
• Packages must be used within the agreed validity period.
• Payment must be made in advance before training begins.
• Training sessions must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested by 1:00 PM on the previous working day.
• Unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond the agreed validity period.
• Training packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No refunds are available once the training programme has commenced.
